BRIEF PROFILE OF LEADERS
Mr. SHAMEEL AHMED BADU, a Civil Engineer, a graduate in Civil Engineering and a post graduate in Construction Engineering and Management from reputed Institution, he was employed with M/s. Jacob Engineers, Chennai, as a Quantity Surveyor cum Planning Engineer and soon promoted to Project Coordinator.
He handled quite a number of Projects including construction of Institutional Buildings, Industrial Buildings and Residential Apartments. He has been managing the show right from tender procurement, tendering, planning (Which also includes basic site layouts), schedule, procurement of materials from various dealers and suppliers, execution of works with the help of his technical sub-ordinates, monitoring the progress, control over cost escalation, quality monitoring by way of test checks, conducting review meetings periodically, liasoning with architects/structural engineers, clients etc.
He had, during his tenure, handled huge construction projects and to name a few,

Mr. KAKA MOHAMMED SUHAIB, a graduate in Civil Engineering and a Masters in Business Administration from reputed Institution, has experience to his credit in the construction field. He looks after marketing, administration, organizational development, purchase, vendor development and technical services and all other day-to-day affairs of the business. He is an ex-employee of M/S. Lipika Infra Projects, Bengaluru.
He had, during his tenure, part of Times of India Group “Artha Developers” construction projects.

Having worked in a leading professional construction company, he is well versed in framing time schedule for the projects, preparing tender documents, Estimation, execution of works, designing systems for standards, quality control, project management etc. So he decided to set up a firm of his own, and started this venture.
